STEP 1: Product Sourcing or Vendor Selection

SuMark helps to identify new suppliers based on their product range, production capacity, man power and management efficiency,  company longevity, market credibility and their overall quality policy. We regularly update our data on new manufacturers, latest products and designs. Information related to varieties of value additions, fabrics, accessories, new technology area and stock availability are maintained. Once our initial assessment is over we exchange information with our clients and make a combined decision in approving an identified vendor.

 

STEP 2: Sampling

Samples are developed based of our buyer’s requirements. Any number of samples are made as per the buyer’s requirements and couriered to the buyer. By offering samples timely, it helps buyers to market the products well in their own country and have an edge over their competitors.

 

STEP 3: Order Approval & Advance Payment

Once you have finalized the order, we will place the order with the supplier(s) and submit a purchase order to ensure that all of your specifications are met. Advance payment to supplier is made after your approval of the purchase order and receiving the payment from you.

 

STEP 4: Order execution and Quality Control

Orders are closely monitored from the stage of sampling till the shipment. Regular and timely status are given to the buyers at various stages like sampling, production and shipment. To ensure timely deliveries, we proactively identify problem areas and take efficient and effective corrective measures immediately.

 

Step 5: Inspection

Inspection is carried out when the consignment is getting packed for shipment. Inspection is done as per the International Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, markings, appearance, labelling, assortments, material, colour, workmanship, measurements, packing etc. Status report based on the inspections are sent to the buyer. The consignment is allowed for shipment if only it is up to the buyers required standards.

 

Step 6: Container Stuffing and Shipment

An identification of the goods during the loading is made to ensure that only the inspected goods are being stuffed. Shipping documents are prepared and checked as per the buyers instruction and the copy of documents are sent to the buyers in advance of the shipment to avoid any discrepancy. We ensure smooth customs clearance process in India as per Indian custom laws and regulation.
